Osteopaths are known for treating back ache, but with our whole body approach we can also help with joint pain, injuries, headaches and much more. Osteopathy works!

Back ache

Back pain is one of the most common reasons people visit an osteopath. You may have found the conventional GP route unable to offer much beyond painkilling drugs. I will take time to listen to you, to work out and treat the cause of your pain, so that you get back to doing what you love as quickly as possible.

Lots of people suffer with headches, and I know how they can be very debilitating. The good news is that in many cases the causes are ones which osteopathy can help with - stress and muscular tension in the neck or postural issues to name a few - and sometimes the jaw joint can play a part too.

Pregnancy can be a wonderful time, and osteopathy can help keep your body balanced with all the changes you are undergoing whilst growing another person or two! These changes may affect your posture and hormonal changes may affect your joints.
